Shard Place

This 26-storey tower by Renzo Piano comprises 178 apartments and completes the ‘London Bridge Quarter’. Designed for rental not sale, these residences challenge preconceptions of luxury within a modern city, seamlessly integrating the natural oak of the façade with the bespoke, internal joinery of the interiors. Large, ceramic floor tiles throughout are a counterpoint to the warmth of the wood, complementing the glass and aluminium of the architecture.
